For us, a brewery is about more than quality, tasty brews. It’s a place where our community can come together to laugh with friends, reconnect with neighbors, and relax with family. We strive to make a positive impact in our neighborhood while sharing our passion for beer.

Meet the team

Jesse Wilson, Owner, Head of Operations
Jesse is a lifelong Washingtonian and long-time beer nerd. In 2009, he bought a home in Bremerton and transformed his garage into a home brewery. He used his knowledge developed from years of “R&D” visits to taprooms to develop his recipes and in 2017, transformed his hobby into a career with a job at a craft brewery in Belfair, WA. Starting in the taproom, Jesse worked his way up to cellar hand, eventually becoming the head brewer. He’s excited to bring all the experience he has gained over the years to Ridgeline Brewing. Jesse loves the beer community for its friendliness, comradery, and unique personalities, and looks forward to throwing his name into the mix.

Dylan Ellis, Owner, Head Brewer
Dylan’s passion for the craft began in 2018. Starting as a beer tender for a local brewery, he soon realized where he fit in best—in the brewery. With a solid drive, great beer and even better mentors, the burner was ignited.
Now as the Head Brewer and part owner here at Ridgeline, he extends the passion into a creative role. Bringing us not only great craft beer, but an unruly mess of ingenuity and art in every sip.
